Macadamia Nuts are the fancy nuts we all love.  They are rich in heart healthy fat that can reduce diabetes and lower bad cholesterol and coronary artery disease.  Macadamias help with weight loss and improve digestive health.  Research also shows they help with IBS and similar conditions.  They are naturally low in sugar and carbohydrates and rich in fiber, antioxidants, protein, vitamin E, manganese, thiamin & copper.  Emerging research shows promising signs of anticancer, brain and longevity boosting properties.

Sesame Seeds are a great source of fiber, important for digestive health.  They lower cholesterol and triglycerides and may help reduce heart disease.  High in magnesium, lignans, vitamin E and other antioxidants, they can reduce high blood pressure.  Sesame seeds may also aid in blood cell formation and blood sugar control.  They also boost bone health, support thyroid health and the immune system and reduce inflammation and arthritis.  They are a great source of protein, B vitamins, iron, copper, calcium, zinc, manganese, healthy fats and other beneficial plant compounds.

Hazelnuts have a very impressive nutritional composition.  Rich in protein, dietary fiber, healthy fats, antioxidants and endless vitamins and minerals.  They are great for heart & brain health, managing diabetes & anemia, weight loss, neural damage prevention and nervous system health, skin, as well as muscle & bone health.  And those are just the ones we can talk about...there are more.

Pine Nuts are among the rarest of nuts and pack a variety of nutrients essential for health, including protein, dietary fiber and heart-healthy fats.  They are rich in vitamins and minerals including copper, zinc, iron, phosphorus, vitamin K, calcium, manganese and many others.  Pine Nuts are great for increasing energy levels, skin health, reducing diabetes and heart disease, raising "good" HDL and lowering "bad" LDL cholesterol.  Omega-3 fatty acids help brain function and vitamin K promotes bone health. They are also great for weight management, improving eyesight and much more.

Cashews are rich in protein, carotenoid & polyphenol antioxidants, fiber, healthy fats, copper, zinc, magnesium, iron, phosphorous and many other vitamins and minerals. Health benefits include aiding in blood production, heart health, blood pressure, prevention of gallstones, weight loss (when eaten in moderation), testosterone boosting, bone mass density increase, skin & vision health, improving fertility and liver health.

Pecans are another super nut.  Rich in protein, dietary fiber, healthy fats, antioxidants, in particular flavanoids, and lots of vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A, B, E, folic acid, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine, iron & zinc.  They are great for heart & brain health, maintaining high energy & weight loss, reducing oxidative stress & inflammation, lowering cholesterol, reducing symptoms of PMS, osteoporosis & anemia prevention and contributing to an overall glowing appearance.  These are of course just to name a few.

Pistachios are one of the lowest in calorie and highest in essential amino acids among other nuts.  They are cholesterol free, packed with antioxidants, healthy unsaturated fat, fiber, prebiotics and protein.  Rich in potassium, phosphorus, vitamin B-6, magnesium, manganese, copper & thiamine, Pistachios are anti-inflammatory, great for heart, gut & eye health.  They reduce cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and the risk of weight gain.

Almonds boast an impressive nutrient profile being rich in fiber, protein antioxidants, healthy fats, vitamin E, manganese & magnesium, copper, vitamin B2 & phosphorus.  High in phytic acid, almonds benefit tremendously from sprouting.  Almonds are great for blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol level control.  They reduce hunger, may be effective for weight loss and are antimicrobial and anti-fungal among many other attributed health benefits.

Walnuts are an exceptionally nutritious nut.
