Our raw Dominican Republic single-origin 95% cacao, unpasteurized sprouted nuts and seeds, unrefined raw honey, pure commercial grade maple syrup and Bourbon vanilla beans are powerful sources of living enzymes, antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and proteins. All ingredients are traceable, certified Organic or compliant with organic farming methods even if not certified. Accordingly, all ingredients are non-GMO and free of pesticides and preservatives. They all have a low glycemic index and have a high protein, nutrients, vitamins, minerals and fiber content. The chocolate is raw, vegan, dairy free, unprocessed and has a very high cacao content. The nuts and seeds are raw, not fumigated or radiated. They are sprouted and lightly roasted. The honey is raw and unpasteurized. This honey is produced by bees directly from the concentrated nectar of flowers. Raw honey is an alkaline-forming food, which means that like fruits, it becomes alkaline in the digestive system. The vanilla beans we use are from Madagascar. They are probably the best bean containing the strongest aroma and the most vanillin. More than 200 phytonutrients have been discovered in vanilla. We use organic maple syrup from Vermont that is dark and thick and packs a strong maple flavor with caramel undertones. Our syrup does not come in any contact with formaldehyde.
