It was memorial Week end and we wanted to celebrate the memory of our dear Soldiers.
This time the kids were involved and decide to participate. I just helped a little bit. They called them muffins with the cream inside instead of being outside.
Here is the list of ingredients we need for the paste:
We just need to insert all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them until you get a beautiful thick dense paste.
We whisk all the ingredients together and can assemble our fondant/muffins with the cream inside.
First we insert the paste at the bottom of the mold, then the cream, then more paste.
We insert into the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and it is done!

In today's world, we think about food as something that is pre-made, already done for you. Those foods are most of the time addictive and made to make you come back to it (sugar is 8 times more addictive than cocaine and I am not even talking about rancid hydrogenated fat).
